Founder and administrator Julie Ditrich will also be presenting a Breakout Session at the launch. The session is aimed at aspiring writers and artists who want to become comics creators, but don’t know how to get started.
“If you attend the Comics Mastermind™ launch you’ll discover ways you can utilise its professional development services to help you move towards achieving your professional ambitions and goals. The Breakout Session outlines the journey you are about to embark on, the skills you need to acquire in the framework of Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Self Development, and also helps you connect with the wider Comics Mastermind network. This is also an opportunity to ask the team questions about how professional development plans can be customised to your needs.“
ACAF will be held over two days on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 February 2016 at the Novotel Hotel in Canberra, ACT. Saturday will feature a series of workshops and classes, and a late afternoon social function, while Sunday will see a traditional artists alley, panel sessions, portfolio assessments, topical musical performances and much, much more.
