Comics Mastermind™ has launched a new 2022 short course called ONE GENRE AT A TIME: Exploring, Writing and Illustrating for the Superhero, Slice of Life, Fantasy and Horror Comics Genres, which will start on 1 February 2022. The modules will be presented by either Daniel Best, Bruce Mutard, Julie Ditrich or Jason Franks. The course will be offered once a year to comics practitioners. It is aimed at beginners and emerging comics creators who need to clarify and stay on focus in their chosen genres. Comics Mastermind is looking to launch a second series in this course in 2023, which will examine four other comics genres.
